JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Mr. Shivang Shukla, learned AGP waives the service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent No. 1.

(2.) PRESENT application has been preferred by the applicant - original petitioner for fixing early date of hearing of the main Special Civil Application.

(3.) CONSIDERING the fact that the main Special Civil Application is of the year 2001, the Registry is directed to notify the main Special Civil Application for final hearing in the week commencing from 11/1/2010. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
