JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Shri T. S. Nanavati, learned advocate waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent no. 1 and Shri Jaswant K. Shah, learned AGP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent no. 3.

(2.) THE present application has been preferred by the applicants-original private respondents for fixing the early date of hearing of the main Special Civil Application.

(3.) CONSIDERING the averments made in the application and the nature of controversy with respect to the mutation entry, Registry is directed to notify the main Special Civil Application for final hearing on 01/12/2009 at the bottom of the first board.
