JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Shri Shivang Shukla, learned AGP waives service of rule on behalf of the opponents.

(2.) THE present application has been preferred by the applicants-original petitioners to restore the main Special Civil Application, which came to be dismissed for non-prosecution for non-removal of the office objections.

(3.) MS. Abha Makwana, learned advocate appearing on behalf of Shri Ramnandan Singh, learned advocate for the applicants-original petitioners has submitted that the applicants-original petitioners shall remove the office objections within a period of one week from today and, therefore, it is requested to restore the main Special Civil Application and to extend the time to remove the office objections.
