(1.) IT appears from the jail remarks dated 4. 2. 2009 that the sole appellant Oghad Arjanbhai Parmar has expired on 8. 11. 2006 at the Civil Hospital while under treatment. No heirs or legal representative of the deceased appellant has approached this Court with a view to pursue the appeal till today. In this set of circumstances, the appeal stands disposed of as having abated.
