JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present application has been preferred by the applicants, more particularly, applicant no. 2/1 permitting him to be joined as petitioner no. 2/1 in Special Civil Application No. 9283/2000 as heir and legal representative of petitioner no. 2, Harjibhai Morarbhai Patel.

(2.) CONSIDERING the averments made in the application, the present application is allowed. Prayer in terms of paragraph nos. 9 (A) and (B) are hereby granted. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
