JUDGEMENT

(1.) DURING the course of dictation of the judgment, in order to get clarification with respect to the Notification dated 12.4.91, it is felt necessary that the department of Panchayat and Rural Housing is also heard.

(2.) ISSUE Notice to Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Housing Department, Gandhinagar, returnable on 25.6.1998. It may be mentioned in the notice that some Senior Officer along with the relevant file shall remain present in the Court on the said date. Let copy of this order be given to the learned AGP.
