JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this application, the applicant - original accused no. 6 has prayed for the following reliefs:-

(2.) It appears from the materials on record, that the applicant herein apprehending arrest at the hands of the police in connection with the First Information Report being C.R. No. I-205 of 2017 registered with the Sola High Court Police Station, Ahmedabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 307, 343, 325, 386, 506(2), 294(B) read with Section 114 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1)(a) of the Arms Act and Section 135(1) of the Gujarat Police Act, had prayed for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court, Ahmedabad Rural, Ahmedabad.

(3.) The learned 12th Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmedabad Rural, Ahmedabad, by his order dated 22.12.2017 granted anticipatory bail to the applicant subject to certain terms and conditions. One of those conditions imposed in the order is that the applicant shall leave the State of Gujarat without the prior permission of the Trial Court.
