JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr.Rathod, learned advocate for the petitioner and Ms.Joshi, learned AGP for the respondents.

(2.) In present petition, the petitioner has prayed, inter alia, that:

The limited grievance of the petitioner is that though he has been granted benefits flowing from the Government Resolution dated 17.10.1988 and though he fulfills terms and conditions prescribed by the said Government Resolution dated 17.10.1988, any retiral benefits viz. gratuity, pension, difference of salary on the basis of recommendations of 6th Pay Commission, leave encashment, etc. are not paid only on the ground that he joined the service after 1988 (i.e. the date of eligibility prescribed under Government Resolution dated 17.10.1988).
