JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties. Learned advocate Mr. Paresh Patel states that he has an instructions to appear for the respondent No.2 - complainant. He is permitted to file his appearance forthwith.

(2.) Mr. Paresh Patel, learned advocate has tendered affidavit filed by respondent no.2. The same is ordered to be taken on record.
