JUDGEMENT

(1.) This First Appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short 'the Act, 1996') is at the instance of the original applicant before the Court below and is directed against the judgment and order dated 23.08.2017 passed by the City Civil Judge, Court No.12, Ahmedabad in Civil Miscellaneous Application No.116 of 2017.
