JUDGEMENT

(1.) In today's cause list SCA No. 2366 of 2016 and SCA No. 16648 of 2017 are listed together at serial No. 12. On 20.6.2018 only SCA No. 2366 of 2016 was listed before this Court and SCA No. 16648 of 2017 was not listed. Even according to present roster the petitions filed in 2017 are not assigned to this Court. However, in view of the submissions by learned advocates below quoted order was passed on 20.6.2018 in SCA No.2366 of 2016:

(2.) Thereafter, registry seems to have submitted office note before Hon'ble the Chief Justice and in light of order dated 10.7.2018 passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice both matters are placed before this Court.

(3.) Heard Mr. Rindani, learned AGP for the State - petitioner in SCA No. 2366 of 2016 and respondent in SCA No. 16648 of 2017 and Mr. Shukla, learned advocate for the respondent in SCA No. 2366 of 2017 and petitioner in SCA No. 16648 of 2017.
