JUDGEMENT

(1.) Both the matters together arise from cross-complaint being I-C.R.No.66 of 2018 and I-C.R.No.67 of 2018 registered with Prabhas Patan Police Station, District Gir-Somnath. Parties are residing in the same vicinity and the quarrel resulted into lodging this FIR.

(2.) The affidavits of respondent-complainant in respective matters have been filed stating therein that complainant side has not received any injuries and the amicable settlement could be arrived because certain elderly persons of their community had intervened.

(3.) This Court has heard the learned advocate Mr.P.S.Champaneri who appears for the petitioner in Special Criminal Application No.5982 and respondent-original complainant in Criminal Misc. Application No.13896 of 2018 and learned advocate Mr. Y.J.Patel appears for the applicant in Criminal Misc. Application No.13896 of 2018 and respondent-original complainant in Special Criminal Application No.5982 of 2018.
