JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Learned Public Prosecutor waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of respondent State.

(2.) Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent State.

(3.) By way of the present application under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the applicant - original accused has prayed to release him on anticipatory bail in case of his arrest in connection with the Prohibition C.R.No.III23 of 2018 registered with Santej Police Station, Dist.Gandhinagar for the offence punishable under Sections 65E, of the Gujarat Prohibition Act.
