(1.) Heard Mr. Bhavyaraj Gohil, learned advocate for Mr. A.J. Yagnik, learned advocate for the petitioners and Ms. Ritu Guru, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents - State.

(2.) In the present petition, the petitioners have prayed, interalia that :

(3.) Somewhere, in the year 2013, the petitioners prayed for permission to amend the petition. The request was granted vider order dated 10.09.201 Thereafter, the petitioners carried out amendment and incorporated additional prayers by means of Para9 (AA), which reads as under.
