JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Harish Soni, learned advocate states that he had instruction to appear for and on behalf of original complainant and he was permitted by this Court to file his appearance.

(2.) In the appearance of the order dated 18.09.2018 be read as Mr. P. P. Majmudar, learned advocate for the petitioner applicant and Mr. Harish Soni, learned advocate for the original complainant. "Name of the petitioner applicant be read as 'Raghubhai Revabhai Bharvad' instead of Radhubhai Revabhai Bharvad."

(3.) Rest of the order is unaltered. In view of above, speaking to minutes note is disposed of. Registry is hereby directed to issue fresh writ accordingly.
