JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners-party-in-person, herein, was an employee of the Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (in brief 'GNFC'), at present retired. It is the say of the petitioners that he is the General Secretary of petitioners No.2-GNFC Officers' Association. It is, further, his say that he is one of the persons, working as a workman, and therefore, he is interested in the out come of Reference (I.T.) No. 125 of 2004 and other related matters.

(2.) petitioners No.2, according to petitioners No.1, is a registered trade union working for the cause of its members. petitioners No.2 is the original Second Party in Reference (I.T.) No. 125 of 2004.
