JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of this appeal which is filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, the appellants - third party, seek to challenge the order dated 08.12.2017 passed by the learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No.952 of 2017 by which the learned Single Judge has disposed of the petition on the basis of the consensus arrived at between the original petitioner and the original respondents.
