(1.) Since the learned advocate for the petitioner has pleaded extreme urgency, the matter is taken up for final hearing and the same is decided today.

(3.) Learned advocate Mr. Manish Patel for the petitioner has invited the attention of this Court to the report of inspection which was done on 25-26.05.2018. He has submitted that as per the inspection report, 8 deficiencies were established.
