JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petition is heard for final disposal with the consent of learned advocates for the parties.

(2.) The petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution with following prayers made in paragraph no.13 thereof:

(3.) As stated in the petition, the petitioner was selected and appointed as Junior Engineer (Civil) in April, 2000 to serve under the respondents and since then he has been giving his outstanding performance.
