JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned advocate Mr.Pratik Jasani for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr.Manan Mehta who appeared for the respondent State authorities upon service of notice of this Court.

(2.) The prayer made in this petition is to direct respondent authorities, in particular respondent Nos.4 and 5 to consider the applications of the petitioner dtd. 12/4/2017 and 14/4/2017 whereby the petitioner requested the said authorities to prepare a pedigree at the cost of the petitioner.

(3.) It appears that the father of the petitioner Allauddin Gagji died in Palitana district. The petitioner in capacity of the legal heir wants to mutate her name in the revenue records in respect of the land owned by her father. For this purpose, the competent revenue authorities asked the petitioner to produce the pedigree of the petitioner. The petitioner therefore approached respondent No.4 City Talati, Palitana, Bhavnagar, with an application making request for expeditiously provide the copy of the pedigree.
