JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties. Mr. Jayprakash Umot, learned advocate states that he has an instructions to appear for the original complainant. He is permitted to file his appearance forthwith.

(2.) Learned advocate appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 original complainant has tendered affidavit filed by respondent no.2 original complainant. The same is ordered to be taken on record.
