JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Learned Public Prosecutor waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of respondent State.

(2.) Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent State.

(3.) By way of the present application under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the applicant - original accused has prayed to release him on anticipatory bail in case of his arrest in connection with the Prohibition C.R. No. 51 of 2018 registered with Sector 21 Police Station, Gandhinagar for the offences punishable under Sections 65(a)(e), 116(B) etc. of the Gujarat Prohibition Act.
