JUDGEMENT

(1.) Challenge in this petition is made by the petitioner to the regulations of the respondent No.2-? The Gujarat National Law University ("the University" for short) in the following factual background:-?

As it emerges from the the record that semester examination of October-?November, 2018 conducted by the University has commenced from 19.10.2018 and the same will last till 1.11.2018, the petitioner is not permitted to appear in the said examination invoking Regulation 11 and, more particularly, Regulation 11(i) of the Gujarat National Law University (Academic, Examination, Moots, Internship, Hostel and Related matters)Regulation, 2015 (" Regulation 11(i) of the Regulations" for short).

(3.) The petitioner is a student of 3rd Year Law and is enrolled in B.A.LL.B.(Honors) programme.
