(2.) The petitioner was appointed as Vidhyasahayak on 23.01.2001. She applied for leave without pay for the period between 19.04.2005 to 06.05.2005, which was also sanctioned by the Education Inspector, Taluka Panchayat, Jasdan. Thereafter, the petitioner applied for maternity leave of 135 days on 14.06.2005 to the Taluka Development Officer with the birth certificate of the child and certificate of the doctor for the period from 03.05.2005 to 14.09.2005. The said request of the petitioner has been rejected.
