JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Joshi, learned advocate for the petitioner. The respondent No.2, though served, has not entered appearance.

(2.) In this petition, the petitioner has prayed, inter alia, that:-

So far as order of penalty passed against the concerned workman is concerned, it is necessary and appropriate to note, at this stage, that upon conclusion of domestic inquiry and after considering all findings recorded by the Inquiry Officer in his final report, the disciplinary authority had imposed penalty by way of dismissal from service.
