BY way of this petition, the present petitioner has challenged the impugned order passed by the Deputy Collector, Stamp Duty Valuation Department, Vibhag -2, Ahmedabad, dated 9-1-2002 as also the order dated 24-10-2007 passed by the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority, The State of Gujarat, Stamp and Registration Bhavan, "kh" Road, Sector-13, Gndhinagar in appeal.
