JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Mr. LR Pujari learned AGP waives service of notice of rule for the respondents.

(2.) WITH the consent of the learned Counsel appearing for both the sides, the matter is finally heard.

(3.) THE petitioner by way of this petition has challenged the order at Annexure-A passed by the Deputy Collector, whereby the deficit stamp duty is assessed at Rs. 2,15,160/- plus penalty of Rs. 250/-, total Rs. 2,15,410/ -.
