JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Ms. Patel, learned AGP waives service of notice of rule for respondents in SCA No. 2394 of 2008 and Mr. Shukla, learned AGP waives service of notice of rule for the respondents in SCA No. 2395 of 2008.

(2.) THE petitioners in the present petitions are challenging the order passed by the State Government in purported exercise of the power of appeal, whereby the appeals have been dismissed.

(3.) HEARD Mr. Suthar, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Patel, learned AGP and Mr. Shukla, learned AGP for the respondents in the respective petitions.
