JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE . Mr. Dabhi learned AGP waives service of notice of rule for the State. With the consent of the learned advocates appearing for both the sides, the matter is finally heard today.

(2.) HEARD Mr. Majmudar learned Counsel for the petitioners.

(3.) IT appears that it is not in dispute that the present case is covered by the judgement of this Court dated 9.1.2008 in Special Civil Application No 11170 of 2007 and allied matters wherein for the reasons recorded in the said judgement the Government Resolution dated 29.03.2007 it is also impugned in the present petition is quashed and set aside. Hence, no further discussion is required.
