JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for temporary bail in connection with File No. ECIR/01/STSZO/2016 registered with Enforcement Directorate, Surat under section 3 read with section 4 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

(2.) The applicant has preferred regular bail under section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure read with provisions of PMLA being Criminal Misc. Application No. 7970/2017 has been rejected by this Court.

(3.) He is before this Court seeking temporary bail on the ground of laparoscopic Hysterectomy of his wife by Doctor Prakash Patel at Sharda Hospital. On examination of his wife the doctor had suggested "Hysterectomy with bilateral Salpingectomy with excision of right sided Hemregic cyst at the earliest.
