JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr.Oza, learned senior counsel with Mr.Desai, learned advocate and Mr.Sheth, learned advocate for the petitioners and Mr.Goutam, learned AGP.

(2.) So far as Special Civil Application No.5524 of 2010 is concerned, the said petition is filed by 7 petitioners namely, Mr.D.N. Bhunatar, Mr.J.A. Pathak, Ms.A.R. Purohit, Mr.M.S. Vasaiya, Mr.A.R. Pathan, Mr.N.R. Bhunatar and Mr.S.G. Damor.

(3.) So far as Special Civil Application No.8668 of 2011 is concerned, the said petition is filed by 13 petitioners namely, Mr.G.R.Patel, Mr.S.V. Vasaiya, Mr.T.R. Patel, Mr.B.K. Hatila, Mr.D.J. Patel, Mr.M.G. Damor, Mr.M.H. Pachatana, Mr.B.P. Bhoi, Mr.K.M. Bariya, Mr.R.S. Bariya, Mr.S.A. Saiyed, Mr.G.S. Vasaiya, Mr.H.S. Patel.
