(2.) First Appeal No.265/1993 is filed by the appellant - New India Assurance Co. Ltd. against the Claim Petition No.1450/1986 vide which an award of Rs.3,72,000/= alongwith 12% interest per annum has been passed in favour of the claimants.

(3.) In the other First Appeal No.266/1993, the appellant - New India Assurance Co. Ltd. has come in appeal against the award of Rs.1,92,600/= alongwith 12% interest per annum passed in favour of the claimants.
