JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present application is filed by the applicants­accused for grant of regular bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, which is a successive bail.

(2.) The applicants­accused are charged with having committed offences under Sections 302, 307, 147, 148, 149 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 34 of the Gujarat Police Act, for which FIR being C.R. No. I­28 of 2017 has been registered with Dhandhuka Police Station, District: Ahmedabad.

(3.) Heard learned advocate Shri M.M. Tirmizi for the applicants­accused and learned APP Ms. Hansa Punani for the respondent­State.
