(2.) In present application, the applicant has prayed, inter alia, that:

The applicant has preferred present application, i.e. CA No.4575/2017 in CA No.10581/2016. 3. 1 The said CA No.10581/2016 is filed by present opponent with a request to condone delay caused in filing another application, i.e. CA (St.) No.10007/2016 (which is filed by present opponent for impleading heirs of respondent in SCA No.10491/2000). 3. 2 The applicant herein is a party respondent in SCA No.10491/2000. Consequently, he is also a party respondent in CA (St.) No.10007/2016.
