JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed challenging the decision and/or action of the respondent University of taking policy decision not to grant affiliation to the petitioner institution which has been granted recognition by N.C.T.E.

(2.) After notice was issued, the respondent University has put in appearance and filed various affidavits.

(3.) As the pleadings are complete and considering the narrow scope of controversy, the petition is taken up for final hearing and disposal today.
