JUDGEMENT

(1.) Upon hearing learned Counsel appearing for the appellant, it appears that the appeal is against the interim award for interim compensation under Section 140 of the Motor Vehicles Act (hereinafter referred to as Sthe Act ).

(2.) It appears that the contentions which are raised in this appeal are as such covered by the decision of this Court dated 30.03.2007 passed in First Appeal Nos. 1768 of 2007 and allied matters and the said decision it was observed by this Court as under:

(3.) The Tribunals shall permit withdrawal of the amount upon the furnishing of solvent surety/security of the equal amount by the claimants.
