The captioned application has been preferred by the Applicants under Sec. 482 of the CrPC, 1973 for quashing of an FIR being CR No. 11186010210004 of 2021 registered with Mahila Police Station, Gir Somnath, District Gir Somnath, for the offences punishable under Ss. 498A,323,504,506(2) and 114 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
