The present application is filed under Sec. 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNSS") for regular bail in connection with FIR being C.R.No.11189006251108 of 2025 registered with Tankara Police Station, Morbi, for the offences under Ss. 65-A, 65(e), 81, 83, 98(2), 116-B of the Gujarat Prohibition Act as well as Ss. 113(3) and 111(4) of the BNS, 2023.
