(1.) The draft amendment is allowed. The same shall be carried out during the course of the day.

(2.) Since the issues raised in all the captioned writ­applications are more or less same, those were heard analogously and are being disposed of by this common order.

(3.) The writ­applicants before me are retired Professors, Directors and Additional Directors. They have prayed for the following reliefs:­
