JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr.Jayneel Parikh, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr.Swapneshwar Goutam, for respondent No.1. Though served, no one appears for respondent No.2.

(2.) With the consent of the learned advocate for the respective parties and considering the issue involved, the matter is taken up for its final disposal.

(3.) By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents authority to decide the application dated 06.02.2016 filed by the petitioner and to correct the birth certificate of the petitioner by showing his date of birth as "07.06.1995" and his real name as "Patel Babaubhai".
