JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. J.K. Shah waives service of notice of Rule for the respondent - State.

(2.) This application for bail is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with First Information Report registered as I -C.R. No.85/2016 with Gandhidham 'A' Division Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 397, 323, 504, 452 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) Learned Counsel Mr. Kishan Prajapati is permitted to appear on behalf of the original complainant. He tenders an Affidavit of the original complainant which confirms the settlement arrived at between the parties on account of the intervention of eminent persons of the Society and which is ordered to be taken on record.
