JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr.Vijay Nangesh, learned advocate is permitted to file his vakalatnama on behalf of original complainant.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent -State.

(3.) Learned advocate for the applicant submits that similarly co -accused persons namely, Patel Hirenkumar Hasmukhlal and Girishbhai Dhanjibha Parmar have been enlarged on bail by this Court as per order dated 10.6.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.13460 of 2016 and 12945 of 2016 respectively. It is submitted that the applicant is ready and willing to abide by all the conditions which may be imposed by this Court and, therefore, he may be enlarged on regular bail on the ground of parity.
