Both these appeals arise out of common judgment dated 04.09.2015 rendered by learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No.6044 of 2014 and allied matters by which learned Single Judge has dismissed all the petitions filed by the present appellants - some of the original petitioners and other petitioners.
