(2.) The appeal has been admitted for hearing the parties on the following substantial questions of law:

The appellants-plaintiffs had filed the suit for declaration and possession of certain land on the basis of their title, submitting, inter alia, that the defendants were in possession of the property and as the defendants do not have any right to continue in possession, the possession be restored back to them.
