JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Mr.Desai, learned AGP waives service of notice of Rule for Respondents No.1, 2, 3 and 4 and Mr.Thakkar, learned Counsel for Respondent No.5. With the consent of the learned Counsel appearing for both the sides, the matter is further heard finally today.

(2.) It appears from the receipt produced in the record that the petitioner has deposited the amount of Rs.1,10,000/- with this Court on 15.11.2006.

(3.) I have heard Mr.Japee, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Desai, learned AGP for the State Authorities and Mr.Thakkar, learned Counsel for the private respondent.
