(1.) Feeling aggrieved and dissatisfied with the judgment and order of acquittal dtd. 17/3/2004 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.3, Surendranagar in Sessions Case No.60/2003, whereby the respondent-accused came to be acquitted for the offences punishable under Ss. 352, 323, 324, 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Sec. 135 of the Bombay Police Act, the appellant - State has preferred the present appeal under Sec. 378 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ("the Code" for short).
