JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present appeal is filed by the original plaintiffs under Sec. 104 read with Order 43 Rule 1 (r) of Civil Procedure Code, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as " CPC ") against order dtd. 25/02/2024 passed below Exh-5 by Additional Senior Civil Judge, Mehsana, in special civil suit no. 11/2024.

(2.) Heard learned advocate Mr Jay Raj Chauhan for Mr. Amit Singh Nanavati for the appellant.
