JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned advocate Mr. Sudhanshu A. Jha appearing for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Aditya Davda appearing for the respondent - State and learned advocate Mr. H. S. Munshaw appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 - Corporation.

(2.) With the consent of learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, the matter was taken up finally. Hence, RULE. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Aditya Davda waives the service of rule on behalf of the respondent No.1 - State and learned advocate Mr. H. S. Munshaw waives the service of rule on behalf of the respondents No.2 and 3.

(3.) At the outset, learned advocate Mr. Sudhanshu Jha tendered a further affidavit across the bar which is affirmed by the petitioner on 11/3/2025. The affidavit is taken on record.
