(3.) The applicant has filed this application under Sec. 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for enlarging the applicant on Regular Bail in connection with FIR being C.R. No. 11993006240509/2024 registered with A- Division, Gandhidham Police Station, Kutch East - Gandhidham for the offence punishable under Ss. 302, 294(b), 34 of IPC and Sec. 135 of the G.P. Act.
