(3.) The applicant has filed this application under Sec. 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for enlarging the applicant on Regular Bail in connection with FIR being C.R. No. 11196043250113/2025 registered with Kapurai Police Station, Vadodara City for the offence punishable under Ss. 137(2), 64(2)(m), 65(1), 87, 294(b), 115(2), 54 of the BNS and Ss. 4(2), 5(L), 6, 17 of the POCSO Act.
